The job

How it was built

The problem

The back of the house was bare dirt with fragments of old concrete, unusable for most of the year and impossible to keep clean.

What we did

We cleared and graded the whole area, then formed the patio and a separate walkway run across the lawn to the shed, set with a fall away from the house so nothing drains back toward the foundation.

The finish

Broom finish throughout. The patio edge was formed to follow the existing deck line rather than fighting it.
