The lot behind the buildings was bare dirt that turned to mud every time it rained, with old cracked sidewalk sections at the street end.
What we did
We cleared and graded the run, then set the forms. The path curves and ends in a full radius, so the timber was cut and bent on site rather than stepped around in straight facets.
The finish
A wide bull float pass followed by a broom finish, with control joints cut at regular spacing so the slab cracks where we tell it to.
