Years of traffic and standing water had left the slab stained and breaking at the joints, with the lawn edge collapsing into it.
What we did
The old driveway came out, the sub base was cut back and compacted, and the forms went in the full length so the pour could run without a cold joint. A small pad was formed at the same time.
The finish
Broom finish, control joints cut at even spacing, edges cut clean against the grass so the lawn has something to grow up to.
