A cleared lot with the timber still stacked at the edges, cut and graded ready for a building pad.
What we did
Long form runs were set and levelled the whole way around, vapour barrier sheeting was rolled out inside them, and mesh and rebar were laid on a grid and tied before the pour.
The finish
Poured, screeded and finished flat in a single continuous pour so the slab is monolithic rather than a set of separate panels.
